It works, it is quiet, my cat is not a fan of brushing when the humidifier works, but she likes them separately xd catches fur pretty nice, mine has short fur and it's winter, but it still collects some fur every time and kitty loves the massage
You can also detach the silicone part and wash it

This is the best cat fur brush my far. ... & we have 3 other different styles! I fill the chamber with the no rinse cat shampoo+ conditioner (diluted 50:50 with water) before using. I think the gentle misting really helped get a lot of the fur out!
